Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below. No exceptions.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your product to return it. After this period, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, please ensure that the item has been properly cleaned before starting the return process.

Please note:

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Products damaged during delivery must be reported immediately. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if necessary so we can assess the problem.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after purchase. Our fulfillment process is fully automated, which means once your order has been processed by the system, we cannot manually stop or cancel it.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at

support@liora-la.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Relevant photos (if the product is damaged)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, it will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method as your original purchase. If your return is rejected, we will explain the reason.

Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 30 days of approval, please check your bank account. If after that time you still have not received the refund, contact us at support@liora-la.com

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Return shipping to our warehouse in China starts at €20, depending on location.

Exceptions

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly send you a free replacement. If the replacement product is also incorrect or defective, we will issue you a full refund.

Note: Sale items are not eligible for returns.
