General Terms

This website is operated by Liora Los Angeles. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Liora Los Angeles. We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services available, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all terms, conditions, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or made available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.


Article 1 – Definitions

  • Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal (if applicable).

  • Consumer: a natural person not acting within the scope of professional or business activities.

  • Distance contract: a contract concluded via remote communication methods.

  • Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to return a product within a legally defined period (with restrictions as stated below).

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms apply to every offer, order, and contract between Liora Los Angeles and the consumer.
They are made available before purchase and can be reviewed on our website at any time.


Article 3 – Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. By placing an order, the customer agrees to this condition.

  • For non-sale products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • To exercise this right, the consumer must notify us within the withdrawal period and return the product unused, in its original packaging and condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, Liora Los Angeles reserves the right to refuse acceptance.

  • Hygiene-sensitive products can only be returned if unopened and unused.


Article 4 – Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after purchase. Our fulfillment system is fully automated, and once an order is confirmed, it is immediately processed and cannot be stopped manually.


Article 5 – Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery time after shipping is typically 6–10 business days, depending on the location.

  • Any delays, customs duties, or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping is always free, regardless of order size.


Article 6 – Import Duties and VAT

  • All shipments are fulfilled directly from non-EU countries (e.g., China).

  • The customer is responsible for any VAT or import duties charged by customs or local postal services at delivery.

  • Liora Los Angeles does not handle customs clearance and has no control over import-related fees.


Article 7 – Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If a product is delivered damaged or incorrect, customers must immediately report this by email to support@liora-la.com, including the order number, a clear description, and photos.

  • If the claim is accepted, we will offer a free replacement.

  • If the replacement is also incorrect, a full refund will be issued.


Article 8 – Complaints

  • Complaints must be submitted clearly and completely within 7 days of discovering the issue.

  • Please contact us at support@liora-la.com and provide your order number.


Article 9 – Governing Law

All contracts and disputes between Liora Los Angeles and the customer are governed by Dutch law, regardless of the customer’s country of residence.
